WORK SESSION <br />A. 6:00 p.m. (Approximate) Discussion on Pension and Unfunded Benefit Liabilities. <br />B. 7:00 p.m. (Approximate) FY 2012 Preliminary Budget: Non - General Funds. <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Usually no action will be taken by the City Council. Public Comments may be limited to 3 <br />minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. The public is invited to make any <br />comments related to Agenda items, or other items of public interest, at this time. <br />4. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />5.
