C. Matter of Ratification of Three (3) Additional Members to the Shoreline Development Citizens Advisory Committee [Shoreline CAC] (adds members recommended by the Mayor). (Moved to Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar.) MOTION: Motion Ratifying the Appointment of John W. Carlson, Steve Modifer, and Christina R. Ramos as Three (3) Additional Members to the Shoreline Development Citizens Advisory Committee. D. Ordinance No. 2011 -003 an Ordinance Amending Provisions of the San Leandro Zoning Code Relating to Uses Allowed, Parking Requirements, and Status of Planned Developments in the Downtown (updates uses in the DA Downtown Area). Adopted. E. Ordinance No. 2011 -004 an Ordinance Amending Provisions of the San Leandro Zoning Code Relating to Homeless Shelters in the IL Industrial Light Zoning District (allows homeless shelters in the IL Industrial Light Zoning District). Adopted. F. Ordinance No. 2011 -005 an Ordinance Repealing Section 3- 17- 125(c) of the San Leandro Municipal Code, and Adopting a Revised Section 3- 17- 125(c) Relating to Community Right to Know —Trade Secrets (reduces the number of days from 45 to 30 within which information identified by the handler of hazardous materials as trade secrets must be released to the public by the City after notice to the handler, in compliance with state law). Adopted. G. Ordinance No. 2011 -006 An Ordinance Amending Sections of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Administrative Appeals Hearings (amends sections in various chapters to streamline and clarify the administrative hearing process). Adopted. H. Resolution No. 2011 -067 Resolution Designating Placement of Stop Signs (Carrillo Drive at Arguello Drive) (authorizes the installation of stop signs on southeast bound and northwest bound Carrillo Drive at Arguello). L Resolution No. 2011 -068 Resolution Approving a Repair and Maintenance Agreement with the Port of Oaldand Related to the Portion of the Bay Trail Slough Bridge Project, Project No. 08- 144 -39 -012, Federal and Project No. HP21L- 5041(025), Constricted on Port Property (provides for responsibilities and access rights for repair and maintenance operations).
