1.28.030 <br /> 1.28.030 Private parking. <br /> • Where the parking and open space. plan, <br /> Exhibit 1.28.030, indicates the minimum <br /> number of parking spaces now in existence <br /> or proposed to be developed as private off- <br /> . <br /> street parking areas, these areas are to be <br /> paved and otherwise improved if they are <br /> not already so improved.
