The Plaza 1 redevelopment plan and the <br /> Plaza 2 redevelopment plan are merged into <br /> one redevelopment plan which shall be known <br /> as the plaza redevelopment plan and the Plaza 1 <br /> project area and the Plaza 2 project area shall <br /> heretofore be known as the plaza <br /> redevelopment project area. <br /> B.
