• <br /> Exhibit A <br /> The land referred to in this report is situated in the State of <br /> California, County of Alameda and is described as follows: <br /> That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br /> of California, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point where the southwestern line of East 14th Street is <br /> intersected by the northwestern boundary line of that certain tract of <br /> land conveyed by James W. Sursa to Titus Phillips by Deed dated December <br /> 1, 1866 and recorded in Book "X" of Deeds at Page 69, Alameda•County <br /> Records, said point of beginning being distant along said line of East <br /> 14th Street south 47° 18' east one hundred five and 96/100 feet from the <br /> intersection thereof with the southwestern line of Hepburn Street; <br /> running thence South 62° west along said last named boundary line one <br /> hundred twelve feet to the northeastern boundary line of that certain <br /> lot of land conveyed by Louisa Silva et., al., to Antonio Perry, by Deed <br /> dated July 11, 1907 and recorded in Book 1350 of Deeds at Page 441, <br /> Alameda County Records; thence along the last mentioned boundary line <br /> South 28° East forty -seven and 18 /100 feet; thence North' 62° East one <br /> hundred twenty -eight and 53/100 feet, more or less, to the southwestern <br /> line of said East 14th Street; and thence North 47° 18' West along said <br /> last named line fifty feet to the point of beginning. <br /> A.P.N.: 077 - 0545 -018 <br />
