Roll Call <br /> PRESENT: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, SOU7a, Starosciak; <br /> Mayor Cassidy <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> C. Announcements <br /> Due to the anticipated length of tonight's meeting, Mayor Cassidy requested Council's <br /> consensus to defer consideration of Item 10.B. on tonight's agenda relating to the <br /> agreement with Redflex Traffic Systems for the renewal of the red light photo <br /> enforcement program to the April 4, 2011 City Council meeting. There was consensus <br /> of the Council to do so. <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br /> A. Matter of Resolutions Commending Board and Commission Members for Their Years <br /> of Service (approves ceremonial resolutions of the City Council). <br /> 1. Minute Order No. 2011 -046, Motion Approving Resolution Commending <br /> Charles Gilcrest for His Years of Service on the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br /> The City Council approved the resolution commending Charles Gilcrest for <br /> his years of service on the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br /> M/S /C Reed and Prola. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> 2. Minute Order No. 2011 -047, Motion Approving Resolution Commending Neal <br /> Pearson for His Years of Service on the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br /> The City Council approved the resolution commending Neal Pearson for his <br /> years of service on the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br />
