Presentation of 2011 State of the City Address by Mayor Cassidy. <br /> Mayor Cassidy presented the 2011 State of the City Address for the City of San <br /> Leandro, entitled, "Addressing Our Challenges and Positioning San Leandro for <br /> Recovery and Prosperity." In his speech, Mayor Cassidy noted that today is San <br /> Leandro's 139 birthday. <br /> 3.
