Items will be considered under Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. 8. CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by title. Items 8.C.I. and 8.J. were removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. Minute Order No. 2011 -067 Motion Nominating Chuck Kane as District 4 Representative to Recreation and Parks Commission. The City Council nominated Chuck Kane as District 4 representative to the Recreation and Parks Commission. E. Resolution No. 2011 -073 Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for Street Light Undergrounding — East 14 Street (150 Avenue to South City Limit), Project No. 07-210- (provides for the removal and replacement of 18 streetlights on East 14 Street between 150 Avenue and Bayfair Drive and installation of 3 new streetlights south of Bayfair Drive).
