(e) Practices for maintaining the landscaping in a healthy growing condition shall <br /> include but are not limited to periodical pruning and fertilizing. <br /> (f) There shall be no unauthorized storage or parking of vehicles on the property <br /> including but not limited to buses and vans. <br /> ARTICLE 6 TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS <br /> 6.1 Separate Assessments. To the extent allowed by law. all <br /> Condominiums in the Project. including their pro rata undivided interests in all the <br /> Common Areas and the membership of an Owner in the A / ssociation, shall be separately <br /> assessed and taxed so that all taxes, assessments. payments -in -lieu of taxes, and charges <br /> that may become liens prior to First Mortgages under local law shall relate only to the <br /> individual Condominium and not to the Project as a,whole "Each Owner shall be <br /> obligated to pay any such taxes or assessments against his or her Condominium and <br /> against his or her personal property.
