As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council <br /> may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br /> Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining <br /> on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 <br /> minutes for all items. Resolution No. 2011 -073, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling <br /> for Bids for Street Light Undergrounding — East 14 Street (150 Avenue to South City <br /> Limit), Project No. 07- 210 -38 -172 (provides for the removal and replacement of 18 <br /> streetlights on East 14` Street between 150' Avenue and Bayfair Drive and installation <br /> of 3 new streetlights south of Bayfair Drive). <br />
