ALBANESE, 986 WALSH AVENUE, SAN JOSE, CA, 95050, PHONE: (408) 727 -5700, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit EAST 14 STREET MEDIANS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 06- 150 -38 -228. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY OF AMERICA, 100 CALIFORNIA STREET, SUITE 300, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94111. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as the lead agency of the EAST le STREET MEDIANS PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 06- 150 -38 -228, project is that of public improvements made to public right -of -way of the State of California designated as portions of East 14 Street, State Route 185. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 18 day of April 2011.
