Park Pathways (WW) - Award of Contract 2 May 16, 2011 <br /> Analysis <br /> A total of eleven (1 1) bids were received on April 19, 2011. The bids ranged from $425,010.00 <br /> to $715,291.00, with Andes Construction submitting the lowest bid in the amount of <br /> $425,010.00, which has been determined to be a responsive bid.
