Accepted as submitted. 2. Finance Committee Meeting of April 15, 2011. Accepted as submitted. a. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Consider approving the fee and service charges, and taxes as amended (listed as Public Hearing Item 3.A.1.). The City Council approved this recommendation. b. COMMITTEE FOLLOW -UP ISSUES: Committee requested staff follow -up on seven fee issues and one specific proposal (follow -up memorandum attached to Committee meeting highlights). The City Council reviewed the follow -up memorandum. C. Resolution No. 2011 -085, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the Marina Boulevard Street Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 10- 150 -38- 329 (provides for the rehabilitation of Marina Boulevard between San Leandro Boulevard and Washington Avenue and between Teagarden Street and Alvarado Street). D. Resolution No. 2011 -086, Resolution of Award of Contract to Blossom Valley Construction for the Dog Walking Park, Project No. 10- 122 -38 -314 (recommends award to the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $167,753 for the subject project). Bids opened on April 12, 2011. E. Resolution No. 2011 -087, Resolution Summarily Vacating a Portion of the Public Right of Way of Fairway Drive (at 2500 Merced Street) (vacates an area totaling approximately 141.3 square feet to accommodate the proposed Kaiser San Leandro Medical Center). F. Resolution No. 2011 -088, Resolution Approving Parcel Map 9862 for 2400 Marina Boulevard, San Leandro, Assessor's Parcel No. 079A- 0570- 039 -02; Owner, Subdivider, and Applicant: Santiago and Delia Guitron (creates a three -unit, one -lot subdivision for condominium purposes).
