Minute Order No. 2011 -070 Resolution Commending Lawrence Smith for His Years <br />of Service on the Library - Historical Commission (approves a ceremonial resolution of <br />the City Council). <br />The City Council approved the resolution commending Lawrence Smith for his <br />years of service on the Library - Historical Commission. <br />D. Ordinance No. 2011 -007 an Ordinance Amending Section 2 -2 -500 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Business License Fees and Their Annual <br />Adjustment to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (increases the fees by 1.4 %, effective <br />July 1, 2011). Adopted. <br />E. Ordinance No. 2011 -008 an Ordinance Amending Section 2 -18 -210 of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Emergency Communications System Access <br />Tax and Its Annual Adjustment to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (increases the tax <br />by 1.4 %, to $2.10 per single access line, $14.71 per trunk line, and $51.50 per super <br />trunk line, effective July 1, 2011). Adopted. <br />F. Ordinance No. 2011 -009 an Ordinance Amending Title 2, Chapter 13, Section 2 -13- <br />140 of the San Leandro Municipal Code to Provide for an Adjustment to the <br />Emergency Medical Services Tax (EMS Tax) Based on the Annual Consumer Price <br />Index (CPI) Increase (increases the tax by 1.4 %, from $14.75 to $14.96 per benefit unit, <br />effective July 1, 2011). Adopted. <br />G. PASS TO PRINT: An Ordinance Adding Municipal Code Chapter 4 -33 Relating to the <br />Prohibition Against the Establishment and Operation of Medical Marijuana <br />Cooperatives and Collectives in the City (prohibits the establishment, maintenance or <br />operation of a medical marijuana cooperative or collective within the City, effective <br />upon the expiration of the marijuana moratorium on October 1, 2011). ADOPT: Resolution Approving an Amendment to Communications Site Lease with <br />New Cingular Wireless (AT &T) for Expansion of Its Wireless Communication Site at <br />the Monarch Bay Golf Course (approves a second amendment to allow expansion of 80 <br />square feet to install additional equipment at 13800 Monarch Bay Drive).
