TITLE VII • MAPS, BUILDING, AND SUBDIVISIONS • Chapter 3 Zoning Section 7 -3 -421.7 through 7 -3- 421.92: (Repealed, Ord. No. 66-18, 3/14/66) Section 7 -3 -422: USES PERMITTED WITH SITE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL I -2 DISTRICTS. The following uses are permitted subject to the approval of the Site Development Subcommission: • (a) Wireless transmission facility, unless accessory to a permitted use. (b) Ambulance service. No. 78 -7, 2/21/78) Section 7 -3- 422.3: (Repealed, Ord. No. 69 -22, 4/28/69) Section 7 -3 -422.4 through 7 -3- 422.9: (Repealed, Ord. No. 66 -18, 3/14/66) . Section 7 -3 -423: CONDITIONAL USES - 1 -2 DISTRICTS: The following uses shall be permitted only if authorized as conditional uses in accordance with the provisions of Sections 7 -3 -640 through 7 -3 -648. No. 66 -18, 3/14/66) (a) Manufacture, processing or bulk storage of chemicals, explosives, fertilizer, gas, gypsum, lime, plaster of paris, abrasives, distilled liquors, vinegar, yeast, . glue, paint, paper.or other products or materials which might involve obnoxious or noxious, inflammable or highly combustible materials, petroleum products, or unusually large amounts of liquid, solid or gaseous wastes, as long as such use is not prohibited by any other ordinance of the City of San Leandro or statute of the State of California, and provided, further, that any such use lawfully in existence at the time of adoption of such other ordinance or statute shall be deemed to be a lawful conditional use hereunder.
