Fences, walls and hedges as <br /> herein regulated may occupy any required yard lea, and are required where specified in <br /> this Chapter. Except as otherwise provided herein, no segment of a fence, wall or hedge <br /> within three (3) feet- of a property line shall have a. height, measured from the highest <br /> ground adjacent to such segment and within three feet of the property line, in excess of <br /> six (6) feet. No segment of a fence, wail cr hedge in a requires front yard or in a required <br /> street -side sideyard of a corner lot shall have a height, measured from the highest <br /> adjacent ground within three feet of such segment, in excess of three (3) feet. No <br /> segment of a fence, wall or hedge shall have a height, measured from the highest <br /> adjacent ground within three feet of such segment, in exc of two (2) feet if locate:: less <br /> than twenty -five (25) feet from the intersection of the front ar,d street -side lot Lines of a <br /> corner lot, or of the extensions of such lines, except that such segment may have a height <br /> not in excess of three (3) feet if constructed of wire or steel mesh capable of admitting a: • <br /> !east ninety percent (9096) Light. <br /> (Ord.
