If the <br /> enforcing officer determines that the application is for a home <br /> office permit and is not barred by the provisions of Section <br /> 7- 3- 513.7, he shall obtain from the applicant a declaration that <br /> the use will involve no activity other than that of a home office <br /> and shall give written notice of the City Council, Planning <br /> Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustments that he intends to <br /> issue to the applicant a home occupation permit for a home <br /> office. If the Cite <br /> Council, Planning Commission cr Board of Zoning Adjustments <br /> determines that an application for a home office permit should be <br /> considered at a public hearing, it may, within thirty (30) days of <br /> the date of the enforcing officer's notice, order that a public <br /> hearing be held on the application. Upon receipt of such order, <br /> the enforcing officer shall refer the applicant to the Community <br /> Development office.
