• - • •TITLE VII • MAPS, BUILDINI, AND SUBDIVISIONS Chapter 3 Zoning Section 7 -3 -525: PARKING SPACES REQUIRED -PLAZA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Chapter, the number of off - street parking spaces required for buildings and uses within the Plaza Assessment District No. 1 • shall be as hereinafter specified: (Ord. No. 70 -14, March 16, 1970) Section 7- 3- 525.1: Three - fourths (3/4) for each dwelling unit in all multiple dwellings; (Ord. No. 62 -10, March 26, 1962; Ord. No. 70 -14, March 16, 1970) Section 7- 3- 525.2: Excluding the first floor: • (a) FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS: One (1) space for each three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor area used for banking offices and tellers and one (1) space for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area used for customer waiting or lobby areas. Additionally, three (3) spaces for each walk -up teller window and automatic teller machine. • (b) MEDICAL OR DENTAL OFFICE OR CLINIC: One (1) space for each two hundred (200) square feet of gross floor area, but not less than two (2) spaces for every three (3) persons employed or working on the premises. (c) BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICES, NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED: One (1) space for each three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor area, but not less than two (2) spaces for every three (3) persons employed or working on the premises.
