• • ' 1 • <br /> both for the development of the Subject Property and regardless of <br /> whether or not the insurance policies referred to herein are <br /> applicable. <br /> B. [ §302] Insurance <br /> Before beginning work on the development of the Subject Property, <br /> UACI shall obtain the insurance required under this paragraph and <br /> receive the approval of the City Attorney as to form, amount and <br /> carrier. UACI shall maintain the insurance during the term of this <br /> Agreement. The insurance shall extend to the City, its elective and <br /> appointive boards, commissions, officers, agents, employees and <br /> representatives and to UACI and each contractor and subcontractor <br /> performing work on the project. <br /> (1) Compensation Insurance. UACI shall maintain Worker's <br /> Compensation insurance for all persons employed by UACI at the site of <br /> the development of the Subject Property. UACI shall require each <br /> contractor and subcontractor similarly to provide Worker's <br /> Compensation insurance for their respective employees. UACI agrees to <br /> indemnify the City for damage resulting from its failure to take out <br /> and maintain and to require such insurance. <br /> (2) Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance. UACI <br /> shall maintain public liability insurance in an amount not less than <br /> $1,000,000.00 for injuries (including death) to any one person and <br /> subject to the same limit for each person in an amount not less than <br /> $1,000,000.00 on account of any one occurrence; and property damage <br /> UACI Dev.
