• <br /> TITLE VII • MAPS, BUILDINIII AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> • 'Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7- 3- 525.5: Where practical difficulty is involved in <br /> meeting the off- street parking requirements set forth herein, the <br /> owner or developer may submit to the City Council, and the City <br /> Council may approve, an alternate plan for the provision of <br /> required parking spaces. Such plan may include provision for in <br /> • lieu payments to the City for the estimated cost of providing <br /> parking spaces required for the building or use, provision for <br /> providing on nearby property parking spaces which will reasonably <br /> serve the building or use, or any other provisions which will <br /> directly or indirectly satisfy said requirements. Prior to <br /> approving such alternate plan, the City Council shall find that <br /> such plan does in fact provide for parking facilities <br /> substantially equal to the off- street parking requirements set <br /> forth herein.
