Except as otherwise provided in Section 7- 3-512, every parking lot hereafter established which adjoins a lot in any R District shall • be sceened therefrom by a solid fence or wall wit.'t a p :anted area not less than three fee: wide adjoining any such wall or fence, or by a compact evergreen hedge. Each segment of such wall, fence or hedge shall be six (6) feet in height, except as otherwise provided in Section 7 -3 -510, and height measurement shall be made as provided in said section. (Ora. '. 1976) Section 7- 3- 529.:: All artificial lighting shall be deflected downward and away from any adjoining or facing premises which are in any R District. Section 7- 3- 529.2: When a parking lot is authorized as a conditional use in an R District, the conditions imposed shall include, but are not Limited to, the following: (a) No commercial repair work or servicing of automobiles shall be conducted • thereon.
