The enforcing officer may certify toning approval, upon application, for lawful temporary uses of property as specified in chin and the following sections. The approval may be made con- tingent upon such condition; and time limitations as are reasonably necessary co secure the public ••el'are. The violation of any such condition shall be grounds for the revocation of the approval and of any per-it or license issued thereunder. The enforcicg officer may require guarantees to assure removal of • the temporary use and of any debris cr refuse resultant therefrom, so as to re- acorn the premises to their prior condition.
