The enforcing officer may certify <br /> toning approval, upon application, for lawful temporary uses of property as <br /> specified in chin and the following sections. The approval may be made con- <br /> tingent upon such condition; and time limitations as are reasonably necessary <br /> co secure the public ••el'are. The violation of any such condition shall be <br /> grounds for the revocation of the approval and of any per-it or license issued <br /> thereunder. The enforcicg officer may require guarantees to assure removal of <br /> • <br /> the temporary use and of any debris cr refuse resultant therefrom, so as to re- <br /> acorn the premises to their prior condition.
