411 411 <br /> Section 7 -3 -595.3 thru <br /> 7 -3 -595.5 <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7 -3- 595.3: The applicant shall affirm under penalty of perjury <br /> by affidavit included in or attached to said application, the personal circu- <br /> lation of the application as hereinabove required by himself or a representa- <br /> tive on his behalf. The copy of the application so circulated shall be filed <br /> with the enforcing officer within 30 days following the date of the application. <br /> Failure to so file the circulated copy of said application shall be deemed an <br /> abandonment of said application. (Or.No.65 -37, June 28, 1965) <br /> Section 7 -3- 595.4: The enforcing officer shall deny, approve or con- <br /> ditionally approve the application. He shall notify by mail the applicant <br /> and all persons to whom the application was circulated of the action taken. <br /> Said notice shall contain a statement that the action taken will become final <br /> within 15 days from the date thereof unless appealed in writing to the <br /> City Council. The action of the enforcing officer shall be final unless an <br /> appeal is so filed. (Ord.No.65 -37, June 28, 1965) <br /> Section 7 -3- 595.5: Any person aggrieved with the action of the enforcing <br /> officer may appeal such action directly to the City Council by the filing with <br /> the City Clerk of Notice of Appeal within 15 days from the date of the action <br /> of the enforcing officer. The provisions of Sections 7 -3 -660 through 7 -3 -667 <br /> shall thereafter apply. (Ord.No.65 -37, June 28, 1965) <br /> 9/65 117 -1 <br />
