• • Section 7 -3 -620 thru 7 - 3 - 624 TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SUBDIVISIONS • Chapter 3 Zoning Section 7 -3 -620: USES NOT LISTED - DETERMINATION. trhenever there is doubt as to the classification of a use not specifically mentioned in this Chapter, the determination shall be made by the Planning Commission. Applications or requests involving such decermination shall be referred by the Community 0evelopmenc'0ffice to the Commission, and shall include a detailed description of the prcposed use and such other information as may be required. Section 7 -3 -621: USES NOT LISTED.- INVESTIGATION. The Commission shall make such investigations as are necessary to compare the nature and characteristics of the proposed use with :hose of listed uses in the various districts. Section 7 -3 -622: USES NOT LISTED - REPORT. The determination of the Commission shall be tendered within a reasonable time, but not to exceed thirty (30) days unless with the consent cf the applicant, and shalt state the class or classes of districts in which the proposed use will be added and shall stave whe:ner as a permitted use or as a conditional use. The report shall include findings which establish that the use is, in all essentials pertinent :o the eb ;ectives of this Chapter, of the same character as a use listed as a permitted or as a conditional use in such ci strict or alstric:s. Section 7 -3 -423: USE NOT LISTED - LIMITATICNS. No use added by such determination shall include, among the uses permitted in any district, a i t use which is specifically the same as one first permitted in a Less restricted di strict. Section 7 USES NOT LISTED - NOTIFICATION. The person requesting the determination shall be notified forthwith and tae determination and ail Information pertaining thereto shall become a permanent public record. • 120
