Any person aggrieved <br /> with an action_ of the Planning Commission taken pursuant to this <br /> ordinance may appeal such action to the City Council by filing <br /> notice of appeal with the City Clerk within fifteen (13) days from <br /> the date of such action. Timely filing of notice of appeal shall <br /> suspend all proceedings under this ordinance. The City Council <br /> may affirm, modify or reverse such action. <br /> Section. 7 -14 -940: (Repealed, Ord. No. 78 -54, 11/6/78) <br /> Section 7 -14 -945: (Repealed, Ord. No. 78 -54, 11/6/78) <br /> Section 7 -14 -950: PUBLIC NUISANCE: CIVIL ACTION. No action or <br /> proceeding commenced before this ordinance takes effect and no <br /> right accrued is affected by the provisions of this ordinance, but <br /> all procedures thereafter taken in such action or proceeding shall <br /> conform to the provisions of this ordinance so far as possible. <br /> Section 7 -14 -965: VALIDITY.
