• <br /> 0 • <br /> • <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> connected with an accessory use authorized by Section 7 -3 -284.5 <br /> shall be counted as lot coverage. Where animals are housed in <br /> tiers, three- fourths (3/4) of the area of each tier above the <br /> first shall be counted as additional lot coverage. <br /> Section 7- 3- 285.1: Accessory buildings may be placed on any part <br /> of the lot except within sixty (60) feet of the front lot line, <br /> but shall not be located within fifteen (15) feet of a dwelling or <br /> within ten (10) feet of another accessory building. In the case <br /> of a corner lot, where the rear yard abuts the front yard of <br /> another lot, no accessory building shall project beyond the front <br /> setback required on such other lot. <br /> Section 7 -3 -286: YARD REQUIREMENTS - 0 DISTRICTS. For a dwelling <br /> within sixty ( feet of the front property line, the front yard <br /> shall have a depth not less than twenty (20) feet. There shall be <br /> side yards* of ten (10) per cent of the lot width, plus one (1) <br /> foot for each five (5) feet or major fraction thereof by which the <br /> building exceeds twenty (20) feet in height; provided, that in no <br /> event shall such side yard on interior lot lines have a width less <br /> than six (6) feet or be required to exceed twelve (12) feet. Side <br /> yards on the street side of corner lots shall be not less than ten <br /> (10) feet wide, and on the rear one- quarter (1/4) of a lot where <br /> the rear yard abuts the front yard of another lot, the side yard <br /> shall be not less than twenty (20) feet wide. The rear yard shall <br /> have a depth equal to ten (10) feet or ten (10) per cent of the . <br /> lot depth, whichever is greater, up to a maximum requirement of <br /> twenty -five (25) feet: <br /> Section 7 -3- 286.1: ACCESS RAMPS FOR HANDICAPPED. Construction of <br /> ramps for the purpose of providing access for handicapped persons <br /> may be permitted within any required yard area, subject to Site <br /> Development approval as provided in Sections 7 -3 -571 through <br /> 7 -3 -573.
