. • • TITLE VII • MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS Chapter 3 Zoning • Section 7 -3 -313: BUILDING SITE AREA - C N DISTRICTS: (a) Minimum area required for each main building containing a permitted use or combination of permitted uses: Five thousand (5,000) square feet. • (b) Minimum area required for a conditional use listed in Section 7- 3- 712(b): ten thousand (10,000) square feet. • Section 7 -3 -314: HEIGHT LIMITATIONS - C N DISTRICTS. Maximum • height of any main building, except as otherwise provided in Section 7- 3- 50 thirty (30) feet. Where the building site is contiguous along the rear to an R district, the maximum building height in the rear twenty (20) feet of the site shall be twenty (20) feet. No detached accessory building shall have a height in excess of. fifteen .( feet. • Section 7 -3 -315: SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - C N DISTRICTS. All business uses, except signs and the parking and servicing of - automobiles, shall be conducted within a completely enclosed building. • Section 7 -3 -316:' YARDS REQUIRED - C N DISTRICTS: (a) • The depth of the front yard shall be not less than ten (10) feet. (b) No building shall be located less than ten (10) feet • from the lot line of a building site within a residential district; provided however, that a lesser setback may be authorized by conditional use approval pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 -3 -640 et seq. (c) If a building site in the C N District is in the same • block and on the same side of the street as a building site in an R District, the setback from said street for any building site in the C N District with two hundred (200) feet of said R District boundary; measured along •said street, shall equal the setback required on the R • District building site; provided, however, that a lesser setback may be authorized by conditional use . approval pursuant to the provisions of Sections 7 -3 -640 et seq. 1/9/85 -55- •
