. • <br /> • <br /> TITLE VII • MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> • <br /> Section 7 -3 -313: BUILDING SITE AREA - C N DISTRICTS: <br /> (a) Minimum area required for each main building containing <br /> a permitted use or combination of permitted uses: Five <br /> thousand (5,000) square feet. <br /> • <br /> (b) Minimum area required for a conditional use listed in <br /> Section 7- 3- 712(b): ten thousand (10,000) square feet. <br /> • <br /> Section 7 -3 -314: HEIGHT LIMITATIONS - C N DISTRICTS. Maximum <br /> • height of any main building, except as otherwise provided in <br /> Section 7- 3- 50 thirty (30) feet. Where the building site is <br /> contiguous along the rear to an R district, the maximum building <br /> height in the rear twenty (20) feet of the site shall be twenty <br /> (20) feet. No detached accessory building shall have a height in <br /> excess of. fifteen .( feet. <br /> • <br /> Section 7 -3 -315: SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS - C N DISTRICTS. All <br /> business uses, except signs and the parking and servicing of - <br /> automobiles, shall be conducted within a completely enclosed <br /> building. <br /> • <br /> Section 7 -3 -316:' YARDS REQUIRED - C N DISTRICTS: <br /> (a) • The depth of the front yard shall be not less than ten <br /> (10) feet. <br /> (b) No building shall be located less than ten (10) feet • <br /> from the lot line of a building site within a <br /> residential district; provided however, that a lesser <br /> setback may be authorized by conditional use approval <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 -3 -640 et seq. <br /> (c) If a building site in the C N District is in the same • <br /> block and on the same side of the street as a building <br /> site in an R District, the setback from said street for <br /> any building site in the C N District with two hundred <br /> (200) feet of said R District boundary; measured along <br /> •said street, shall equal the setback required on the R <br /> • District building site; provided, however, that a <br /> lesser setback may be authorized by conditional use <br /> . approval pursuant to the provisions of Sections 7 -3 -640 <br /> et seq. <br /> 1/9/85 -55- <br /> • <br />
