• <br /> Aft <br /> • o <br /> TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS AND SUBDIVISIONS <br /> Chapter 3 Zoning <br /> Section 7 -3 -360: C 2 DISTRICTS (COMMERCIAL PARKING). The C P <br /> Districts are established to permit the designation of certain <br /> areas as reserved for the purpose of providing space for the <br /> .off- street parking of automobiles, and to avoid the absorption of <br /> land needed for this use by other types of business use. The <br /> following regulations shall apply in a C P District, and shall be <br /> subject to all the general provisions of this Chapter. <br /> Section 7 -3 -361: USES PERMITTED WITH SITE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL <br /> - C P DISTRICTS. The following uses are permitted, subject in <br /> each instance, to Site Development approval as provided in <br /> Sections 7 -3 -571 through 7 -3 -573. <br /> (a) Commercial developments occupying sites of not less than <br /> twenty -five thousand (25,000) square feet, nor greater <br /> than one (1) acre, in size. <br /> (b) The'operation and maintenance of a parking lot. <br /> (Legislative History: Ordinance No. 84 -028, 1/7/85) <br /> Section 7 -3 -362: CONDITIONAL USES - C P DISTRICTS. The <br /> ' following uses shall be permitted only if authorized as <br /> conditional uses in accordance with the provisions of Sections <br /> 7 -3 -640 and 7 -3 -648. <br /> (a) Planned Unit Development as regulated in Section <br /> 7 -3 -644. <br /> (b) Commercial developments occupying sites in excess of one <br /> (1) acre in size. <br /> (Legislative History: Ordinance No. 84- 028, 1/7/85) <br /> Section 7 -3 -363 - 7 -3 -366: (Not Used.) <br /> Section 7 -3 -367: (Repealed, Ord. No. 69 -22, 4/28/69) <br /> Section 7 -3 -368: OTHER REGULATIONS - C P DISTRICTS.
