Minute Order No. 2011 -072 Resolution Commending Supervisor Wilma Chan and <br />the Alameda County Board of Supervisors for Their Use of Measure A Funds to <br />Support the San Leandro Senior Community Center in Providing Senior Health and <br />Wellness Programs and Services (approves a ceremonial resolution of the City Council <br />presented on June 1, 2011). <br />The City Council approved the resolution commending Supervisor Wilma Chan <br />and the Alameda County Board of Supervisors for their use of Measure A Funds <br />to support the San Leandro Senior Community Center in providing senior health <br />and wellness programs and services. <br />D. Minute Order No. 2011 -073 Resolution Commending Robert Brannan for His Years <br />of Service on the Recreation and Parks Commission (approves a ceremonial resolution <br />of the City Council). <br />The City Council approved the resolution commending Robert Brannan for his <br />years of service on the Recreation and Parks Commission. <br />E. Resolution No. 2011 -100 Resolution Supporting the Proposed Joining of Saint Rose <br />and San Leandro Hospitals as a District Hospital System Within Alameda County <br />(urges Alameda County and Sutter Health to work together with Saint Rose Hospital <br />and the Eden Township Healthcare District to implement the proposed system designed <br />to preserve and enhance critically needed acute care and emergency services for <br />residents of central Alameda County). <br />F. Resolution No. 2011 -101 Resolution Opposing Legislation Impeding Local <br />Governments or Employee Labor Organizations in Collective Bargaining for Employee <br />Benefits or Working Conditions (opposes any current or future state or federal <br />legislation that would remove the rights of workers, worker organizations, and <br />employers to bargain collectively for any worker benefits, including pension benefits, or <br />working conditions). <br />G. Resolution No. 2011 -102 Resolution Establishing the City's Appropriation Limit for <br />Fiscal Year 2011 -12 (establishes the Gann appropriation limit using data provided by <br />the State of California and the State Department of Finance, pursuant to California <br />Government Code Section 7910 and California Constitution Article XII1B). <br />H. Resolution No. 2011 -103 Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling <br />for Bids for the Par Course Improvements Project, Project No. 10- 150 -38 -322 (provides <br />for reconstruction of the asphalt concrete pathways and replacement of the exercise <br />equipment at the Marina Park par course). <br />L Resolution No. 2011 -104 Resolution of Award of Constriction Contract to Innovative <br />Constriction Solutions — Norcal for the 2660 Eden Road Remediation Project, Project <br />No. 10- 593 -52 -249 (recommends award to the low bidder in the amount of $50,654.10 <br />for the subject project). <br />
