PM 10036 — 3000 Davis Street <br />Environmental Review <br />June 20, 2011 <br />Parcel Map 10036 is categorically exempt from the environmental review requirements of <br />CEQA under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivisions, of Titles, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro <br />Administrative Code. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The total costs for the preparation of the legal descriptions and processing of the Parcel Map is <br />$25,000.00. <br />Budget <br />All of the associated costs in the preparation and processing of the Parcel Map will be funded <br />from existing appropriation in Account 593 -52 -239. <br />UAI it <br />6- 4 fit <br />Tracy Vesely, Finance D ctor <br />Attachments <br />Reduced Scale Parcel Map. <br />CONCLUSION <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 -1 -420 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the City <br />Engineer has examined Parcel Map 10036 and finds that it is in compliance with Title VII, Chapter <br />1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and State Subdivision Map Act, and is satisfied that Parcel <br />Map 10036 is technically correct. <br />Staff recommends adoption of a resolution approving Parcel Map 10036 for 3000 Davis Street <br />and a resolution vacating portions of the public right -of -way of Eden Road and Davis Street. <br />G:\ Council Items In ProcessULJN 20\PM 10036 - APPROVEIPM 10036 MEM.Docx <br />
