IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-107 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT WITH <br /> OSISOFT, INC.
