IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011-113 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING NON - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND MV TRANSPORTATION, INC.
