PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Gerd Margraff, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, commenting on the <br /> problems with the lack of a right hand turn from Neptune Drive to Marina Boulevard and <br /> requesting a fix. <br /> Wafaa Aborashed, Davis West Neighborhood Group, addressed the City Council, <br /> commenting on the rules for public participation. Ms. Aborashed expressed concern that she <br /> was not allowed to ask questions or receive clarification on an item being discussed at a <br /> recent City Council Committee meeting. <br /> 6. CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br /> None. <br /> 7. AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Consent Calendar was amended to remove Items 8.G., 8.H., and 8.I. Items will be <br /> considered under Item 9, Items Removed from Consent Calendar. <br /> 8. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Items S.G., 8.H., and 8.I. were removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items <br /> Removed from Consent Calendar.
