ADOPT: Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Between the City of San Leandro and the Alameda County Transportation Commission (ACTC) Relating to the Interstate 880 /Davis Street - Westgate Parkway Interchange Project (provides for the planning, design, and construction of improvements for the subject project in coordination with the southbound 1 -880 High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lane Improvements Project). Resolution No. 2011 -089, Resolution Authorizing Submission of a Request to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for the Allocation of Fiscal Year 2011 -12 Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 Pedestrian/ Bicycle Project Funding (authorizes annual grant application for pedestrian improvements throughout the City). K. Resolution No. 2011 -090, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids for the 14901 East 14 Street Demolition Project, Project No. 11- 962 -39 -001 (removes the existing building and other structures as the first step in site preparation before construction of intersection improvements). L. Resolution No. 2011 -091, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Call for Bids on the Toyon Park Restroom Replacement Sitework, Project No. 10- 210 -62 -008 (provides for site preparation for placement of pre- fabricated restroom building). M. Resolution No. 2011 -092, Resolution of Award of Contract to Redwood Engineering Company for the Preda Street Pipe Bridges Upgrade Project, Project No. 09- 593 -52 -121 (recommends award to the low bidder in the amount of $329,440 for the subject project). N. Resolution No. 2011 -093. Resolution of Award of Construction Contract to Andes Construction for the San Leandro Boulevard (SLB) / Davis Street Sewer Capacity Improvements — Phase 1, Project No. 10- 593 -52 -247 (recommends award to the low bidder in the amount of $425,010 for the subject project). O. Resolution No. 2011 -094, Resolution of Award of Construction Contract to State Roofing Systems, Inc. for the Roof Replacement and Accessories (Year 3) Project, Project No. 09- 687 -18 -104 (recommends award to the low bidder in the amount of $195,608 for the subject project). P. Resolution No. 2011 -095, Resolution Accepting the Work for the East 14 Street (SR 185) West Broadmoor Boulevard to Hays Street Striping and Pedestrian Improvements, Project No. 09- 120 -38 -244 (provides for acceptance of work from Chrisp Company, filing of Notice of Completion, and release of bonds).
