San Leandro BART Station Design Update. <br /> Senior Planner Phil Millenbah provided a conceptual sketch of the proposed BART <br /> Station design. Matter of Adoption of the Proposed Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 Budgets for the City of San <br /> Leandro, the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, and the San Leandro Public <br /> Financing Authority. <br /> The hearing was opened to the public. <br /> Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, citing various <br /> issues. <br /> There being no other public speakers, and without objection, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> 1. Resolution No. 2011 -099, Resolution of the City Council of the City of San <br /> Leandro Adopting the Budget of the City of San Leandro for the Fiscal Year <br /> July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 (adopts the proposed budget, including revenues, <br /> appropriations and reserve transfers, pursuant to City Charter Section 515). <br /> M /S /C Prola and Starosciak.
