Commendation Recognizing Kathleen "Katy" McCarthy, Second Grade Teacher at Washington Elementary School for Receiving the 2010 Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. Ms. McCarthy accepted the commendation presented by Mayor Cassidy. B. San Leandro BART Station Design Update. Senior Planner Phil Millenbah provided a conceptual sketch of the proposed BART Station design. Councilmembers provided comments on the design. 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS — CITY COUNCIL None. 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS — OTHER A. Matter of Adoption of the Proposed Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 Budgets for the City of San Leandro, the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, and the San Leandro Public Financing Authority. The hearing was opened to the public. Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, citing various issues. There being no other public speakers, and without objection, the public hearing was closed. 1. Resolution No. 2011 -099, Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Adopting the Budget of the City of San Leandro for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 (adopts the proposed budget, including revenues, appropriations and reserve transfers, pursuant to City Charter Section 515). Resolution No. 2011 -007 RDA, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Adopting the Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 and Making a Determination Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33334.3 (adopts the proposed budget, including revenues, appropriations and reserve transfers).
