Resolution No. 2011 -102, Resolution Establishing the City's Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2011 -12 (establishes the Gann appropriation limit using data provided by the State of California and the State Department of Finance, pursuant to California Government Code Section 7910 and California Constitution Article XIIIB).
