By convening and adjourning this joint meeting, the <br />requirements of the Authorities for their annual meeting were satisfied. There were no items on this <br />agenda for the Authorities to consider. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. <br />A. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br />City Manager Steve Hollister led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Members Cutter, Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak; <br />Mayor Cassidy <br />ABSENT: None <br />C. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />None. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS / RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Proclamation Declaring July 20 to July 26, 2011 as "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, <br />Transgender Celebration Week" in San Leandro. <br />
