COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the fund balance components as defined and required in GASB Statement No. 54 (listed as Consent Calendar Item 8.G.). The City Council approved this recommendation. b. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the San Leandro's Investment Policy for Fiscal Year 2011 -12 (listed as Consent Calendar Item 8.H.). The City Council approved this recommendation. C. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approve a three -year contract with Maze and Associates for audit services (listed as Consent Calendar Item 8.L). The City Council approved this recommendation. d. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule City Council discussion and consideration of Councilmembers paying 100% of the Employee Contributions for the City's Ca1PERS retirement plan by identifying the elected officials group as paying their 8% and 7% employee contributions. The City Council approved this recommendation. C. Minute Order No. 2011 -075 Resolution Commending Martin A. Francis for His Dedication to the History of Our Nation's Flag (approves a ceremonial resolution of the City Council presented on June 11, 2011, proclaiming Martin A. Francis to be San Leandro's Official Vexillologist and June 14, 2011 as "Martin A. Francis Day" in San Leandro). The City Council approved the resolution commending Martin A. Francis for his dedication to the history of our nation's flag. D. Minute Order No. 2011 -076 Motion Reappointing Councilmember Gregory as Representative to the Alameda County Fire Commission of the Alameda County Fire Department for a Four -Year Term from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2015. The City Council reappointed Councilmember Gregory as representative to the Alameda County Fire Commission of the Alameda County Fire Department for a four -year term from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2015.
