Resolution No. 2011 -129 Resolution Amending Title 8, Chapter 7, Sections 8.7.105 and 8.7.110 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Guidelines for a Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program (amends the minimum criteria for qualification of the program to include portions of collectors that are more predominately residential). Presentation and Direction on Private Sewer Laterals. Continued from June 6, 2011 City Council meeting. Public Comments on Item W.A.: Frank Hicks, San Leandro resident, spoke in support of Option 2. Earle Shenk, San Leandro resident, commented that the City should place a moratorium on any sewer lateral replacements within the study area until a camera inspection is performed on the suspected sewer mains.
