BAHBA Agreement FY 2011 -12 3 July 5, 2011 <br />Housing Element, Policy 55.03: Inclusionary Housing — require the inclusion of affordable <br />housing in new housing developments — both inside and outside of the redevelopment project <br />areas. Modify existing inclusionary housing ordinances as needed to make these requirements <br />clearer and more effective. <br />Permits and Variances Granted <br />N/A <br />Environmental Review <br />N/A <br />Code Compliance Review <br />N/A <br />Board/Comission Findings <br />N/A <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />N/A <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The contractual services agreement with BAHBA shall not exceed $49,900 to administer both <br />the FTHB and IH /BMR Programs. <br />Budget Authority <br />The adopted FY 2011 -12 City of San Leandro Budget was for an amount not to exceed $55,000 <br />in Redevelopment Housing Set -Aside Funds for administrative costs under the First Time <br />Homebuyer Program account (Account No. 965 -85- 005 - 5120). <br />Tracy Vesely, I-lgency Trditsurer <br />CONCLUSION <br />Staff recommends that the Redevelopment Agency adopt the resolution approving a contractual <br />services agreement with Bay Area Homebuyer Agency for $49,900 to administer the First Time <br />Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing /Below Market Rate Ownership Programs for FY 2011 -12. <br />
