IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- RDA <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS TO ADMINISTER THE OWNER OCCUPIED <br />HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM IN FY 2011 -12 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and <br />Neighborhood Solutions, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized <br />for the Redevelopment Housing Set -Aside Fund amount of $132,000 related to the <br />administration of the Housing Rehabilitation Program by Neighborhood Solutions. <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member and passed and adopted <br />this 5th day of July, 2011, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
