IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />CONSTRUCTION TESTING SERVICES, INC.
