IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- <br />RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE STATE REVOLVING FUND <br />FINANCING FOR THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT (WPCP) <br />REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 08- 593 -52 -239 <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, The City Council, by Resolution No. 2010 -087 authorized the City Manager <br />to sign and file a financing agreement with the State Water Resources Control Board for the <br />Water Pollution Control Plant Rehabilitation. <br />WHEREAS, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) approved State <br />Revolving Fund (SRF) financing for the City of San Leandro. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That an appropriation of funds be made in the amount of $43,000,000 for the SRF loan. <br />Introduced by Councilmember and passed and adopted this 5 th <br />day of July 2011, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />G:\ Council Items In ProcessVUL 05 \WPCP Rehab - AWARD APPRO CSA \WPCP Rehab SRF APPROP RES.Doc <br />
