J. Amoroso <br />Constriction Company, Inc. for the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) <br />Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 (recommends award to the low <br />bidder in the amount of $40,127,000). <br />2. ADOPT: Resolution Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with Carollo <br />Engineers Related to the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Rehabilitation <br />Project, Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 (provides for professional constriction <br />support services for $3,231,229). <br />3. ADOPT: Resolution Approving a Consulting Services Agreement with <br />Constriction Testing Services, Inc. Related to the Water Pollution Control Plant <br />(WPCP) Rehabilitation Project, Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 (provides for special <br />constriction inspection services for $125,057). <br />4. ADOPT: Resolution Appropriating Funds from the Water Pollution Control Plant <br />Enterprise Fund for the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Rehabilitation <br />Project, Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 (appropriates $7,000,000). <br />5. ADOPT: Resolution Appropriating Funds from the State Revolving Fund <br />Financing for the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Rehabilitation Project, <br />Project No. 08- 593 -52 -239 (appropriates $43,000,000). <br />9.
