He had questions regarding a <br /> reply to the comment letter from the stakeholders from Alameda. He had questions related <br /> to cargo businesses and the Port's responsibility to provide facilities despite the Port's <br /> preference to not expand cargo facilities. Kristi McKenney replied that the Port could not <br /> realistically constrain a cargo company's growth, but the Port does have the ability to deny <br /> land use dedication for cargo operations. <br /> Recommendations <br /> None <br /> 3. Presentation by Airport Noise Office on On -line Flight Replay Web Track <br /> Christian Valdez from the Airport Noise Office demonstrated the new flight replay system <br /> on the airport's website where residents can see real -time replays of flights over the area, <br /> including noise monitor readings where applicable. The website is accessed via <br /> http: / /oak.webtrak- lochard.com. Councilmember Starosciak suggested this link be added <br /> to the "Airport Noise Complaints" page on the City's website. <br /> Recommendations <br /> None <br /> 4.
