IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 - <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br />(2011 Business License Tax, Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repairs, Community <br />Compliance Code Enforcement Violation Penalties and/or Weed Abatement Charges, False <br />Alarm Responses, and Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPA) Fees) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br />assessments proposed to be levied for non - payment of delinquent 2011 business license tax, solid <br />waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, community compliance code enforcement violation <br />penalties and/or weed abatement charges, false alarm responses, and Certified Unified Program <br />Agencies (CUPA) fees, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July 18, 2011 in the City Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br />At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br />described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br />assessments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br />Introduced by Council Member and passed and adopted this <br />18 day of July, 2011 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />G: \Council\2011 -12 Resolutions & Staff Reports \7 -18 -11 \Liens \Lien Overrule Reso 2011.docx <br />
