COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approval of the Chabot Park <br />lease extension with the understanding that any bridge maintenance will <br />require prior approval from the City (approved by City Council on June 20, <br />2011). <br />The City Council approved this recommendation. <br />b. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Direct staff to proceed with the <br />resolution of intention to from an assessment district for the development of <br />Eden Road. <br />The City Council approved this recommendation. <br />C. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Schedule consideration of an <br />amendment to the Administrative Code regarding substandard residential <br />driveways. <br />The City Council approved this recommendation. <br />d. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Propose schedule of award of <br />constriction project on Begier Avenue driveway approaches. <br />The City Council approved this recommendation. <br />3. ADOPT: Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro <br />Approving a Contractual Services Agreement with Bay Area Home Buyer Agency to <br />Administer the First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing/Below Market Rate <br />Ownership Programs for FY 2011 -12 (provides for continuation of administration of the <br />subject programs for $49,900).
