The Committee approved the City Manager to work with Chief Gilbert to provide a letter of <br />interest to Alameda County Health Care Services. <br />3. Review of Proposed City of San Leandro Interfund Loan Policy <br />Vesely presented proposed Interfund Loan and Advance Process and Authority Policy for the <br />Committees review and approval. Vesely provided a history of the City's past practices for <br />interfund loans and explained the need to update the policy and procedures. Mayor Cassidy <br />agreed with Vesely and stated that there should be a limit of $499,999 of City Manager authority <br />and anything above that requires City Council approval. <br />Recommendation to Council <br />The Committee recommends City Council approval of the proposed Interfund Loan and Advance <br />Process and Authority Policy with the limits as stated. <br />4. Public Comments <br />None <br />5. Committee Member Comments <br />Councilmembers Gregory and Souza stated that they were excited for the City of San Leandro to <br />be a part of the Fire Station Medical Portals pilot program. <br />Mayor Cassidy thanked Finance Director Vesely for her hard work at the City of San Leandro <br />and wished her well on her new adventure with the City of Hayward. <br />6.
