NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />1. The Recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />2. The Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule attached hereto is hereby adopted, <br />subject to all reservations of rights and contingencies set forth above. <br />3.
