IN THE HILLSIDE GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO HILLSIDE GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT <br />DISTRICT APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE SAN LEANDRO HILLSIDE <br />GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT (GHAD) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010 -11 <br />WHEREAS, on November 20, 2000 the City Council of the City of San Leandro adopted <br />Resolution No. 2000 -172, approving the formation of a geologic hazard abatement district for <br />the San Leandro Hillside area ( "the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District" <br />or "District ") and appointing itself to act as the Board of Directors ( "the Board "); and <br />WHEREAS, the District Engineer has prepared and filed with the Clerk of the District <br />and the Clerk of the District has presented to the Board an end -of -year Report for Fiscal Year <br />2010 -11 (hereafter referred to as the "Report"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, and <br />is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of the District does resolve as follows: <br />The Board of the District hereby approves the Report for Fiscal Year 2010 -11. <br />Introduced by Board Member and passed and adopted <br />this 18' day of July 2011, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Board: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, Clerk of the District <br />G:1 Council Items In Process\JUL 18 \GHAD Report 201 I \GHAD 2010 11 Report RES.Doc <br />
